The man cleaning our room asked us on our way out if we needed anything. Our room was clean and although it was recently painted the decor was a bit dated and paint was on the ceiling and wallpaper. No matter where we went we were greeted by staff with friendly smiles and well wishes.
She always met us with a smile and a warm hello. We met a fantastic woman named Nadeen in the Northstar Buffet. She said her and the chef needed her to be happy. Moments later Cheryl came to the table with a plate of the fried potatoes. Mum said it was OK and not to worry about it.
The second day my Mum got shredded hash browns vs American fried potatoes. Cheryl in the Dancing Fire Restaurant was so attentive no matter how full the restaurant was.
I had read the reviews before I went to Northern Lights, so I was expecting to run into rude people, no towels at the pool and an overall attitude of not caring.
